This morning room ten has been sharing ideas of keeping our Chromebooks safe.  Here is my drawing to show the things we need to do.

I have been working on my Mosaic and we use tiles for this I used blue, purple, light blue and pink.

Scratch Card

I have been working on my scratch card a few days ago now i'm working on something different. Miss Scott got the scratch cards from a teacher shop called Eeeny Meeny. I had to look up my own culture, design for my scratch card on a piece of paper first. Miss Scott then drew my design onto the scratch card with a pencil so then I could draw with the pen closed.

Pop Art

WALT Do self portraits using pop art

Last week we have been looking at Andy Warhol pop art.
Miss Scott our teacher took photo of us and photo copied
them then we had to put it on the window and get a little
piece of paper and go over it.  We were drawing four portraits
of yourself using different bright colours. First we had to go
over it with black pen on four of the drawings on one piece of
paper. I would like feedback please thank you.

Goal setting

- identify steps we need to do to meet our goals

This week and last week we have been setting goals for our learning. We had to set a goal for reading, writing, maths and personal. When we set them we had to say what we had to do to meet our goals. Once we had finished we could 'bling it up'.  My mother is going to have a meeting with Miss Scott and I to talk about my goals.

One sunny day my mum took me to Mcdonald's for doing my chores. I was excited to go to Mcdonald’s because it’s my favourite place to eat.

When we arrived I was full of happiness I opened the shiny glass door and saw this slide and a DEEP DEEP PIT full of plastic balls. I was not ready to go down because it was deep and I could get stuck but I just took a deep DEEP breath and went down the big long slide AAAAAAAAAAAAA! I screamed I was still falling POOF I landed on a cliff with balls this whole place was full of food and trash where am I then I just realised I was stuck in the pit I was stuck on the cliff HELP PLEASE I echoed then I just saw this humongous lollipop on my cheek, I took it off YUCK.

I didn’t know what I was doing I started climbing I was nearly at the top my foot slipped off I quickly started climbing ahoh a plaster slipped off and went on my face ah get it of me aaaaaah I’m going to fall I grabbed a lollipop that was stuck in the pile of balls I climbed with the lollipop it was easier to climb with I started climbing I’m nearly at the top YAY I’m out of here I looked at the lolipop eww yuck mmmm who cares yum now I’m not scared to go down any more. Let’s go home mum.

Culture show

This term we have been looking at different cultures. For the last three weeks we have been learning a traditional cultural dance. I learnt the sasa.
I felt really nervous doing the sasa in front of every one because that was my first time doing a performance.
But I was proud of my self.
